BRIDGE COMMUNICATIONS

What Can Bridge Communications Do for You?

We have two goals for every project:

First, you as the client should be happy with the work.

Second, the piece should accomplish what you need it to do, whether that's drawing people to your website, winning a contract, persuading donors, or educating the public.

  • Client A had done important research on the economics of major-league sports. I rewrote his technical findings for three different nontechnical audiences: as a company newsletter article, as a newspaper article, and as expert testimony for a lawsuit.
  • Client B was the founder of a community arts center. I talked with her about her ideas and goals for the center, and wrote a brochure and Web content that appealed to community artists, art students, and potential donors.
  • Client C wanted to develop an $80 million computer system for his company. He had completed a preliminary plan, but he still had to convince the people holding the purse strings that the project was worth $80 million, and that he'd hired the right consulting firm to do the job. After reading the preliminary plan and interviewing participants, I was able to write documents that secured the funding. Once the project was underway, I wrote speeches about it for the client to give at conferences.
  • Client D wrote a how-to book that was full of useful and interesting information but was difficult to follow. After I edited it, the book was clear and straightforward and novices could follow the instructions.
  • Client E wanted his company to benefit from an important industry conference without losing all his senior executives for a week. I attended all the conference sessions that were of interest to the company and wrote a summary of the presentations and discussions, which was widely distributed within the company.
